2026 BFG Golf Outing – September 24
Registration & Waiver
After registration, each attendee will receive an email with a link to complete their individual waiver and signature form.
One reservation may include the primary attendee plus up to 3 additional guests (4 total).
10:30am: Practice ranges open and lunch will be available.
12:00pm: You and up to three guests are invited to join us at Sugar Valley Golf Club. Founded in 1968, Sugar Valley GC offers guests a mature tree-lined course, beautifully nestled in the countryside. The event begins with a 12:00pm shotgun start and will be played in a four-person scramble format. Arrive early to grab lunch and take advantage of unlimited access to the driving range. Beverages and snacks will be provided during play, and there will be several opportunities to win prizes throughout your round. First, second, and third place prizes will be awarded during dinner.
5:00pm: Dinner will be held for all participants in the Augusta Room. During dinner, prizes will be awarded and the raffle drawn.
Important: This event is for adults age 21 and up. Players must wear a collared shirt. Shorts are permitted, but jeans and jean shorts are not allowed by the course.
